Clean room, but very cold from the gap.

I loved the close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants! However, the room smelled strongly of cigarettes and the noise kept us up all night. 😞

Upon entering, the room showed signs of neglect with damaged fixtures and cigarette burns on the bedsheets. The shower had significant water damage that went unaddressed. I experienced consistent disruptions due to noisy trains passing by, making it difficult to get a restful night's sleep.

Rooms are clean and newly renovated, but cigarette burns were visible on the mini fridge.

Additionally, unexpected reservation issues resulted in unneeded stress during check-in.
